Arrabiata sauce, or Sugo all’arrabiata in Italian is a spicy marinara. “Arrabiata” can loosely translate to “angry mood,” a name inspired by its spicy taste. Arrabiata sauce goes well with any plain pasta and is most often enjoyed with penne. Also great with grilled chicken, shrimp, fish or steak.
