Reminiscent of the original Swiss-style of muesli, our Bircher muesli is named after the Physician (Dr. Bircher-Benner) that invented muesli in the late-1800s. Not for the muesli novice, it is totally unsweetened and raw. Once you are ready, though, the flavor will surprise you. Our favorite way to serve it soaked overnight in milk (in a mason jar), topped with greek yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup. Once you go Bircher, you don't go back!
